On January 5th 2025 I signed up with XYZ and words are not enough to describe this company and this location. The level of service provided by Jessica and Melissa is something that will stay with me forever. It’s been a year now and I am in full rejoice leaving this review. The relationship built on the ground with the staff members cannot be explained. This facility is well managed and extremely professional. The place is clean and the top tier about it all is the location it is close to everything. In just few steps you have access to the TTC and close to the airport and Downtown Toronto. During the summer you can go for a stroll and enjoy the scenery. Jessica and Melissa has been extremely amazing to me and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Jessica. Jessica checks on me every time she sees me and makes sure everything is ok. This place is very addictive and once you move in it is extremely hard to leave because of the staff. CHEERS TO XYZ STORAGE AND THEIR AMAZING STAFF

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just got my storage unit today and I’m very impressed with the customer service from Jessica! 👏🏻 She was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Despite it being a busy time of day, she handled everything quickly and professionally and we never felt rushed. She showed us the unit with enthusiasm, offered a great deal, and made the whole process super comfortable. The loading dock passcode setup was easy to use and the storage unit itself was clean and well-maintained. My Only wish - they were open 24/7.

Amazing storage and worth the price! We were looking for a storage near our new condo and we wanted something very secure and that is not accessible 24/7 (therefore secure). This is the one. If you go make sure to ask Jessica for any help. Every single time we were struggling with something or we needed help, Jessica was there to help us! Amazing staff!

I had a great experience with Carl at XYZ Storage – Lakeshore. He was extremely attentive, patient, and very careful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each step. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend him!
