If moving into a storage unit had a VIP experience… this would be it!
Robin was an absolute legend! Super helpful, insightful, and even showed me a couple low-key “storage ninja” hacks to get my oversized stuff through those narrow hallways without scraping walls or my ego 😂. The man clearly knows his craft.
His energy was great and it genuinely felt like he wanted to help instead of just clocking in and giving me the “aisle 7 is that way” treatment 😂.
That makes a big difference when you’re doing mental geometry, praying these oversized boxes will somehow squeeze through… and the dolly you picked suddenly feels like it skipped leg day 😂.
The facility itself? Very clean. Perfect temperature, well-kept, and organized. Even the bathrooms were spotless (which says a lot about a place, let’s be honest).
There was another gentleman at the front desk, I can’t remember his name but it started with an “A”, and he was also super kind and helpful.
The whole team made the move-in process smooth, flexible, and stress-free.
If you need to store your stuff somewhere and don’t want it to feel sketchy or chaotic, this is the spot.

I’ve been with Prime Storage for several months now and have had a great experience. I recently moved from a larger unit to a smaller one, and the transition was smooth and easy thanks to Anshul. It’s always a pleasure working with him! He really takes the time to understand clients needs and helps find the best options. He also makes an effort to offer discounts whenever possible, which I really appreciate.
The facility itself is brightly lit, very clean, and I always notice regular activity when I visit, which makes the place feel secure and well managed. Overall, I highly recommend Prime Storage for anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused storage service.

I recently switched to Prime Storage because my previous facility was charging higher rates for similar space. I always noticed how bright and secure the Dundas location looked from the outside, and their pricing is very competitive. The building is well-lit with lots of security cameras, and the rental process was smooth. Robin (the manager) was very helpful—he gave me a tour to explain the unit options and even assisted me again a few days later when I upgraded to a larger unit. He’s professional, friendly, and patient. Highly recommend Prime Storage if you need a secure and reliable storage space.

Exceptional service was delivered to my daughter during a critical time of transition — from clutter, to downsizing, to securing a suitable storage space at Prime Storage (formerly Vaultra Storage) - Sherway, located at 3020 Lenworth Drive, Mississauga, ON.
A special shout-out goes to Kelvin from New York City, whose tremendous customer care went above and beyond. His professionalism and client-focused approach truly made a difference.
David (ViniGreek) from Tdot is an outstanding young man whose work ethic is grounded in exceptional client care principles. David, thank you and may God bless you for your support and dedication.

While Kelvin and Martell are only in Canada temporarily to assist with the company’s transition, they will truly be missed. However, I have no doubt that David will continue to uphold the spirit of excellence shown today.

I was a customer of Vaultra Storage for more than 4 years at the 200 Fairbanks location. I was very happy with the service, the cleanliness of the facility, large carts, elevators and wide hallways which made my moving easy to the 5th floor storage at the further side. Prime Storage purchased the Vaultra facilities in August. The service got even better with online contract signing, improved website and customer service. I moved to the Mississauga location which was an easier drive from my downtown location. I reserved my storage unit to start at December 23th. Due to issues with the building I am living and the moving company, I had to change the moving date to December 22nd. Although it was difficult to change the contract moving date due to corporate rules, Assistant Director Anshul was very helpful to make my move-in on December 22nd. I very much appreciate it and will continue working with Prime Storage.
