Robin at the Lenworth Drive, Mississauga location is awesome. He’s the one I want to deal with at this location. Helps to lift me up when I’m feeling down and has great communication skills. The facility is very clean and modern and I like that you can drive into the main building on the ground floor, especially if it should happen to rain. Would like to see the facility stay open til 11pm if possible though. Thanks. 🙏😃

Robin was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. He made the account setup process quick and easy and took the time to show me around the facility. The building is clean, well-maintained, and gives you confidence that your belongings will be stored in a safe environment. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service.

We had a really great experience with the front desk staff. We are grateful for the smooth process of getting our space. We truly felt Robin’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. He didn’t just provide a service — he created an experience. He really made our day. The facility is clean and well-organized. We had the pleasure of dealing with Anshul at Prime Storage, and he was truly a wonderful employee. From the start, he took the time to clearly explain everything to us and made sure we understood all our options. He helped us find the right storage unit for our needs, and the entire process went smoothly. Anshul was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. He went above and beyond what you would expect in his position and exceeded our expectations in customer service. He is an excellent choice of employee whoever hired him did an amazing job.

Great experience with Prime Storage. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and has excellent access hours which makes it really convenient. I also had the chance to observe the manager, Anshul, assisting a customer over the phone. He was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the policies without rushing. That level of customer service really stood out. Overall, a very well-run facility. I would definitely use them again.
