I had a great experience here! Robin was very kind and explained me all the procedures and steps in detail. It was my first experience using a storage locker but Robin put me at ease with the entire process. He explained in detail how to navigate the facility and was very courteous to give me multiple options to choose from. He answered all my questions well and went above and beyond to ensure I feel happy about my move. I would definitely recommend Vaultra Storage. Highly professional and skilled people maintain this facility!

I have to say I deal with a lot of storage facilities for my job as a realtor but when I had to look for one for my own belongings I was really anxious about picking the place that I felt would look after my things with care. I checked online for several, called up a few, visited 2 and what made me decide on the final one was 100% because of Roc! The most amazing customer service rep named Roc- sealed the deal for me picking the Mississauga location of Vaultra. From when we entered the office he was so energetic and knowledgeable about what the facility had to offer and took us for a tour of the various units to help us decide on which unit to choose, and when I came back to solidify the booking he was there (I couldn’t get there until like 20 minutes before close) and he was organized, fast and smiling the whole way through, just making me feel very comforted and looked after! Seems like something I don’t see too much in the customer service industry so it was really an amazing experience! people taking care of people love it! Oh and the facility is super clean, and well organized with the drive up and dolly and elevators - all in all a 10 out of 5!
