I was greeted by Rock when entering the facility to get a storage unit. I couldn’t have had someone more pleasant. So easy to talk to so very helpful. So knowledgeable on everything. We need more people like Rock in the world would be a better place. Thank you Rock

During my business needs, I've had experience with multiple self storage facilities across of Ontario. I have found the best of the best service with Vaultra Storage! Extremely friendly staff, very clean facility, convenient parking inside, the highest level of security, flexible insurance, cheap units prices... these are still not all advantages you can find there. Highly recommend!!

Super clean storage facility with lots of lights and unloading space. Was greeted cheerfully by Rock and took a tour of the place. Location is super convenient as well as the access code which is the last 4 digits of your cell phone number. The place I was in used the storage unit number and the date I applied, it was so difficult as I asked them to do my last 4 digits. What do I know, I was sassed by the employees. Would recommend this place as the employees aren't noisy about your business and super accommodating.

I have to say I deal with a lot of storage facilities for my job as a realtor but when I had to look for one for my own belongings I was really anxious about picking the place that I felt would look after my things with care. I checked online for several, called up a few, visited 2 and what made me decide on the final one was 100% because of Roc! The most amazing customer service rep named Roc- sealed the deal for me picking the Mississauga location of Vaultra. From when we entered the office he was so energetic and knowledgeable about what the facility had to offer and took us for a tour of the various units to help us decide on which unit to choose, and when I came back to solidify the booking he was there (I couldn’t get there until like 20 minutes before close) and he was organized, fast and smiling the whole way through, just making me feel very comforted and looked after! Seems like something I don’t see too much in the customer service industry so it was really an amazing experience! people taking care of people love it! Oh and the facility is super clean, and well organized with the drive up and dolly and elevators - all in all a 10 out of 5!

With the recent price increase, unfortunately I was struggling to make my unit here work with my budget. I really like this location as it is close to my family, however, I was looking into moving to a different storage facility closer with a cheaper rate and possibly closer to where I currently live - but after working with Rock I will be staying here 😊. He was able to help me find a smaller unit here that can still accommodate all my items and stay within my budget. I did call once previously to discuss possibly doing this but going in and walking through everything with Rock was wonderful – as well as being able to see the potential units to ensure I would have enough space. He is so accommodating and helpful and made a very stressful time easy for me. Even allowing me an extra couple of days to move from one unit to the other as it was tricky for me to do alone with my work schedule (and traveling from where I live now). I truly appreciate his help getting this sorted out! We had such a great connection 😊 And when I came in to return my lock for Unit #1, I met with Robin who is also a gem – you have such a great team there and I am thankful to have found this location.
