Exceptional service was delivered to my daughter during a critical time of transition — from clutter, to downsizing, to securing a suitable storage space at Prime Storage (formerly Vaultra Storage) - Sherway, located at 3020 Lenworth Drive, Mississauga, ON. A special shout-out goes to Kelvin from New York City, whose tremendous customer care went above and beyond. His professionalism and client-focused approach truly made a difference. David (ViniGreek) from Tdot is an outstanding young man whose work ethic is grounded in exceptional client care principles. David, thank you and may God bless you for your support and dedication. And with heartfelt gratitude, we acknowledge the excellence of (Del) Martell Dinas from Washington, D.C. Her promptness, compassion, and front desk professionalism were nothing short of outstanding. Martell, your care cannot be overstated — you are a gem to the Prime Storage team. I had such a great experience with Vaultra Storage Mississauga - Sherway! I first called in and spoke with Rock at the call centre—he was super helpful and got everything set up for me over the phone with zero hassle. When I got to the location, Robin was there to greet us and gave us a full tour. He walked us through exactly how to access our unit, how to use the lock properly, and even took the time to show us different unit sizes in case we wanted to upgrade or downsize. As someone completely new to renting a storage unit, I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable both Robin and Rock were. I had a ton of questions and they made me feel completely comfortable the entire way through. The facility itself is spotless and brand new—super clean and secure. Honestly, I’d recommend this place to anyone. Amazing customer service and a really smooth experience from start to finish! You cannot beat the pricing.

We just want to say how impressed we were with the reception team at Vaultra Storage Dundas Mississauga esp ROBIN. From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided through the process with patience and care. He answered all our questions and helped us find the best unit for our needs. We feel confident storing our things here knowing we are in good hands. This place is highly recommended.

Excellent service by Robin, clean place, easy to use, air conditioning inside. I will absolutely recommend this place. Good price and 20 mins from Etobicoke.
