They find ways to rip you off and their support is rude, inept and they do not know how to do their job. Over a long period they quietly raised the monthly rent. I found a new storage with them for some reason was a lower price. They had no reasoning as to why it was lower. I moved EVERYTHING to the new storage then within a few months they raised the rent by ~ $20. In the new storage they had 30-40 nails on the wall and the floor was extremely dirty, I had to ask them to remove the nails (for some reason it did not occurr to them that it was VERY dangerous) and I cleaned the floors myself. They also lost the key to my lock.. after calling over and over they just LOST it. I had to go out of my over and over to go to their office (they said come by and pick it up) and they finally gave me a new lock. Along the way I realized they did not have my insurance records and so they raised the rent.. FOR YEARs they've done this. I called their support Anne - she was VERY unprofessional ("uh huh", sarcastic responses, "well you have late fees right??" - my card expired and and no one notified me... She was absolutey RUDE, completley ignorant, I cannot believe how bad the customer service is. I spoke with another rep and it was easy to get reimburssed after proving they should have had my insurance. Anne just didn't give a SH.... she just didn't. Anne - Should NOT be working here, I really don't think she should be working at all, something is really wrong with her. StorageMart is just a complete dissapointment.
