Excellent experience both over the phone and in person. Patrick (on the phone) was helpful and helped me understand how everything works while Rob (office manager) was friendly and courteous. The prices are extremely competitive and fits my budget perfectly, will be storing my things here for the next forseeable future

We've rented a 10 foot by 10 foot space at StorageMart on Kipling Avenue for more than a decade. (8 feet tall.) It's close to the Queensway, so it's very convenient if you're on the west side of Toronto.
Access to the space is easy during and after business hours or on weekends. We've had no problems accessing the unit. It's also very clean and the staff has always been helpful when we've needed assistance of any sort. We rented a climate controlled unit. P.S. If you ever need to use the bathrooms, they're very clean and well-maintained.
No issues to report: I'd recommend it and in fact, have recommended it to a friend who also uses it now.

recently tried to book a storage unit at the Kipling location in Etobicoke, Ontario, and had a disappointing experience that was eventually resolved. I really appreciated the individuals at the Storage Mart location who stepped in to help, as well as the lady from customer service support who called me. After I began the booking process, I received an abandoned cart email offering a $15 discount. However, the email did not include any terms or conditions explaining when or how this discount would apply, so I assumed it would be honoured at checkout. When I returned to complete the booking, only an $8 discount was applied. I called the location to clarify this discrepancy, expecting a simple explanation or resolution. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that if a promotion is advertised without clear terms, it should be honoured as presented. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the representative argued with me and ultimately hung up. Fortunately, the following day, individuals from the Storage Mart location contacted me, and we resolved the issue. They were very kind and understanding, and I would definitely recommend this location again. A few days later, a lady from the head office also called me, and she was very pleasant.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with StorageMart! From the moment I walked in, Amrinder and Rob were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and feels very secure. I was especially impressed by how easy it was to access my units and how well everything is maintained.
I highly recommend StorageMart to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free storage. They truly go above and beyond!
