Storage Mart made the entire process easy from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. We've rented a 10 foot by 10 foot space at StorageMart on Kipling Avenue for more than a decade. (8 feet tall.) It's close to the Queensway, so it's very convenient if you're on the west side of Toronto.
Access to the space is easy during and after business hours or on weekends. We've had no problems accessing the unit. It's also very clean and the staff has always been helpful when we've needed assistance of any sort. We rented a climate controlled unit. P.S. If you ever need to use the bathrooms, they're very clean and well-maintained.
No issues to report: I'd recommend it and in fact, have recommended it to a friend who also uses it now.

Rob has been very accommodating and helpful since day 1. Very professional so dealing with him always run smoothly. He did a few favours for us with regards to the storage and we really appreciate it.

Just vacated my locker (decluttered) but would reuse in a heartbeat. Easy set up at the beginning, pricing upfront (which changed 6 months in but with due notice), easily accessible and clean/safe lockers.
