I want to give a big thank you to Amrinder at StorageMart. He is such a kind and nice person. Every time I have a question, he answers right away in a very polite and professional manner, and explains everything clearly so I can easily understand.
Amrinder always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and well looked after. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, and I truly appreciate how professional, friendly, and caring he is.
The facility itself is very clean, safe, and easy to access, but what really makes the difference here is Amrinder. Because of his excellent service, I highly recommend this StorageMart location to anyone in need of storage in Etobicoke.

After extensive research, we rented a storage locker with StorageMart on Kipling. When I showed up to check in and access my locker for the first time, I had some concerns. Amrinder was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with the locker we had chosen. He thoroughly explained the terms of the contract so that I understood what I was agreeing to. I did not expect this level of service but am grateful to have found it. Thank you.

Rob was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to get this level of customer service these days, and I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend working with him!

I just got my 3rd storage unit at this StorageMart facility. It's a nice clean facility, well-lit at night.
Rob the main Superintendent is very helpful. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Cannot give 5 stars because of the annual price increase rates, the changes in payment "grace periods", and a number of other issues that seem to be taking what once-was good into a nose-dive.

Great people. Excellent customer service, I've been dealing with storage Mart on and off for 20 years. Never any issue never any problems. Only Joy, understanding and respect from the associates. I highly recommend new customer to experience great customer service because in Canada we have a lock of customer service in different Branch area. StorageMart in my books it's number one for a customer service for a quality of service for the best prices and the most important understanding where you coming from your situation and they will step up to help you. And only you can find that in a storage Mart. Queensway and Kipling.
