In late May 2025, my son and I visited the StorageMart at their Kipling, Etobicoke location and I cannot express enough how surprised and happy we are with the service we received. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant.
A special shout-out and heartfelt thank you must go to ROB, who did everything to assist us. ROB's professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were truly remarkable. He answered all our questions, guided us through the options, and ensured we found the perfect storage solution for our needs. His dedication to providing excellent customer service made a significant difference in our experience even though we were there near closing time on a Sunday.
The locker itself and the entire property is immaculate and feels very secure, giving us complete peace of mind.
If you're looking for a storage solution with top-notch service and a team that genuinely cares, look no further than Storage Mart. Highly, highly recommend! And thank you, Rob!

I had such a great experience at StorageMart thanks to Amrinder! From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He walked me through all the options, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. His friendly attitude and genuine care really stood out and made the whole process stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like he does.

Came here after searching on Google for an affordable storage unit. I’m very impressed with Rob’s customer service at the Kipling Ave Site! He was so helpful in showing us which storage unit would be best for our needs. I would definitely recommend!
