Excellent customer service from Amrinder! He was welcoming, patient, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He explained all the storage options clearly, answered every question, and made sure everything was taken care of. The facility is clean, well organized, and easy to access. Great experience and very easy booking with storagesmart. Customer service booked us in last minute and we were able tto get to our locker the same day. Our unit was also in an air conditioned space and our locker was also very clean. Will be back for our future storage needs!

680 Kipling Avenue Location
My partner and I booked this for a month to store our 1 bedroom condo furniture as we were traveling. This has been the most seamless and convenient storage space to book compared to a few others we tried. The customer service at the office there is impeccable. We ran into a minor issue and we had Rob Amrinder at the desk who immediately helped problem solve. Definitely going to pick this place again for our next storage requirement.
Highlight: Extremely clean, Temperature controlled, dust-free and great service.

Excellent experience both over the phone and in person. Patrick (on the phone) was helpful and helped me understand how everything works while Rob (office manager) was friendly and courteous. The prices are extremely competitive and fits my budget perfectly, will be storing my things here for the next forseeable future
