I just got my 3rd storage unit at this StorageMart facility. It's a nice clean facility, well-lit at night.
Rob the main Superintendent is very helpful. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Cannot give 5 stars because of the annual price increase rates, the changes in payment "grace periods", and a number of other issues that seem to be taking what once-was good into a nose-dive.

Excellent service from Amrinder. I am in the midst of a stressful time and needed storage last minute. I had never been through this process before and he was informative, supportive and helped me choose the right solution. The location is great, right off the highway and clean. Thank you. In late May 2025, my son and I visited the StorageMart at their Kipling, Etobicoke location and I cannot express enough how surprised and happy we are with the service we received. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant.
A special shout-out and heartfelt thank you must go to ROB, who did everything to assist us. ROB's professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were truly remarkable. He answered all our questions, guided us through the options, and ensured we found the perfect storage solution for our needs. His dedication to providing excellent customer service made a significant difference in our experience even though we were there near closing time on a Sunday.
The locker itself and the entire property is immaculate and feels very secure, giving us complete peace of mind.
