Theres great service here, Angelo checked us in and was very helpful and kind. The place is clean and well maintained. Very happy to have picked this storage unit. They have many sizes of lockers available with the choice to upgrade size if needed.

I’ve been looking for decent economical storage for some time now. So glad I stopped in on Q Self Storage while passing by. The staff are terrific (friendly / professional), the site is very clean and very well organized. The loading area is indoors, heated with hydraulic lift (all very simple and quick to use). It’s a family run business which still includes a personal touch by the owner Angelo when renting. I’ve taken two units and have nothing but great things to say to date.

I just rented a unit from Q Self Storage and the service was amazing from the start: when I called them to get information they were very polite, very clear and explicit about the conditions, and their offer was very promising. Upon arriving at the office to rent the storage unit, I got everything promised and the service was still amazing. No excessive or pushy sales, they are very respectful. No increase of the price of the storage in 6 or 12 months or more; (You won’t find that in other Storage company – some of them will tell you on the advertising that you will paid for example: $ 198 per month reduce to $ 120 per month, but you will soon find out after inquired that the $120 is not what you will paid for the entire time you will need the storage – it’s just for a few months). There is often increase of the price after 6 months and they won’t tell you how much! The units at Q Self Storage and the entire building are incredibly clean and well maintained regularly (one customer how was there, told me that they even clean the doors of the units). Access to storage is also very easy if you drive and if you come by TTC, the bus stop is right there. Jessica J A.

I was seekibg a climate-controlled storage that also has pest control measures in place and finally landed at the "Q Self Storage". The facility is conveniently located, is exceptionally clean, provides dollies to move stuff from your truck into the locker and has convenient access hours. It looks exactly as pictures on their website. This is a family-owned business and Angelo - the manager of the facility on Martin Grove who I met during the sign up - was very friendly, not pushy and didn't try to upsell me into something that I didn't need (quite the opposite, he took time to better understand what I needed to store to make sure that the locker I chose was suitable for me and even suggested a less expensive unit than I initially chose). He was very informative, thoroughly explained me payment conditions on the full 28 day cycle, automated system reminders for a payment, cost of content insurance in case I wanted it, availability of great locks that could be bought from Q, consequences of non-payment of the locker rent, etc. The facility also sells packing materials and boxes, the service that I found to be very helpful. If you are unsure, a visit to the Q will win you. It is a really nice storage, I will be using their services myself until my new home is ready, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to whoever asks me.

We have been renting a storage unit here for the past 2 months and it is living up to our expectations. The facility is always clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I would highly recommend Q Self Storage! Thank you!
