I had such a great experience at Self Storage thanks to Thinh! He was extremely professional, kind, and patient. He took the time to show me the storage rooms, walked me through the different options, and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and spacious, but the excellent customer service from Thinh really stood out. I felt very comfortable and confident choosing this place. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

Up until today, didn’t know this place existed. I’m glad I came in to talk to find out more because the staff were very helpful and super friendly. Not to mention the actual storage is very clean and spacious.

Q storage is beyond amazing establishment if you wanna get your stuff stored, especially with the manager, Angelo Upstanding man, a man of his word, highly highly recommended very professional the way he leads his team standby me in times of hardship. I would definitely highly recommend him and When and if I need storage again 1000% I will be going back. They went above and beyond with their customer service and total service and care thank you guys For such an awesome experience….
