My experience with Go Minis started positively, with their initial delivery and pickup being seamless and efficient. They provided three storage containers for my recent move, significantly facilitating the process. However, the final delivery to our new home was ruined by an unfortunate incident. Despite the expertise expected from their driver, on the first day of pick up, was found sleeping in my driveway for 15 minutes blocking my ability to exit my home. The next day same driver returned to drop off the final container seemingly unfamiliar with equipment and dropped our container from the truck at least two feet in the air, several of our items were damaged during the final container's handling. What's more disappointing is the company's response to this issue. It's been two weeks since the incident, and they have not addressed or resolved the matter. This lack of response has tainted what was initially a promising service experience. I would think twice before using this company!

Brought within time window as stated. Container did not leak. Unfortunately the driver drove onto my neighbor's property causing damage to his brick pad. Waiting for response from go minis to remedy the issue. Other than that, best price and good job

This was the best experience from the woman who dispatches to the men picking up and placing the containers. It was so fast, well don't to protect my driveway and I highly recpmmened them. I did it for my move from home to home, no storage! Loved them and the container. What a good idea!

Excellent service. The container was delivered on time, exactly as per my instructions. The inside of the container was spotless so I had no issues storing my furniture in it. The company made the whole process so easy. I will definitely use this service again.

Recently moved from Milton to Caledonia using Go Mini's and it was a breeze, especially thanks to Carla. She was a star – super helpful with all my schedule changes and just made everything easy. The team was great too, really careful with my stuff and the move was quicker than I thought. Plus, those storage containers are huge! Big shoutout to Carla and Go Mini's – made my move totally stress-free. Highly recommend them!
