The best storage facility in the city!
Thank you to Zack and Sergey for providing such exceptional service. Finding storage is often a hassle but Zack and Sergey made it as easy as pie! Their kindness and attentiveness to my storage needs made my experience 10x better than other places I have rented at in the past.
If you’re looking for a clean and safe place to store your items, this is definitely the place for you!!

I had a great experience with staff members start to finish. The facility is spotless, well-lit, and feels incredibly secure. Move-in was a breeze thanks to the professional staff and plenty of available loading carts. If you need a clean, hassle-free place for your belongings, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! Both Zack and Sergey at the front desk are very professional. Going on almost 2 years now of being at Blue Bird Storage (Matheson) and have personally never had any issues.
Facility is always clean and accessible but honestly a lot of praise should go to both Zack and Sergey for making this facility what it is today.
Id highly recommend this location!

I want to share my amazing experience at Bluebird Self Storage on Matheson. This was my very first time renting a storage unit, so I really didn’t know what to expect. But Zach and Sergey helped me so much and made the whole process super easy.
Zach was very patient and helped me understand how things work. He showed me a few different sized storages for reference so I could see them in person. He was very quick to find me the exact size I needed right near the elevator, which gives me a lot of added convenience for moving my heavy boxes.
After that, Sergey gave me a quick tour. He showed me my actual storage unit and clearly explained how the code gate entrance system works. He also showed me the availability of the handcarts and dollies, which is very helpful.
When we went back to the office, Zach quickly completed the billing process. He explained exactly how the monthly payments will be processed. The best part was that he reassured me the cost of my storage will not increase for a whole year, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Also, just looking around, I noticed the whole facility is very modern, clean, and bright. Having a covered loading area is a big plus too because you don’t have to worry about the weather. I highly recommend this location if you need a safe and clean space. Thank you so much to Zach and Sergey for the great customer service!

Bluebird Self Storage is the ‘BEST’ storage facility! AMAZING central Mississauga location. AMAZING professional & kind staff. AMAZING storage unit sizes available. AMAZING bldg facility with oversized elevators, plenty of carts/trolleys & a wide variety of packing/moving supplies available for purchase. Most importantly, AMAZINGLY CLEAN & WELL LIT facility, that allows a secure feeling each time you visit! Thank you for making our storage experience so exceptional.
