This place looks pretty clean and tidy from the outside, but I never got a tour. The person behind the desk was friendly enough, but it didn't feel like she cared for the business. I only spent less than five minutes here do you understand the pricing and then left. I just wasn't comfortable with how the price could change after four months and then anytime after that. it's too hard to plan around and unstable monthly pricing. So I'm probably not going to use this facility even though the location is fantastic

Security not good enough, barb wire fence to low. Camera’s don’t see much. Easy access if you want in. Found our RV door lock smashed and window damaged. On site managers answer was. Well you have insurance don’t you. They also had two other break ins a week before ours and didn’t let us all know. Very disappointed
Following up on the request to call - my wife did, and our concern was apparently escalated to the district / regional manager who would call us back within 48 hours - it’s been more than that and we are still waiting for the follow up. Disappointing customer service. Time for us to move on

He was a great host, a lot of these storage places are usually filled with horrible customer service reps but he was one of the greatest.
Hopefully, you guys are lucky to keep him onboard for a while but you can tell this guy is either in management , comes from a good family or is going places for sure.

Emmanuel was amazing and made the process seamless; he was so friendly and he took the time to give me a tour, which I have never been given when I have rented storage units before. I am using the facility as I’m moving and in between two homes, so to have an stress-free experience was greatly appreciated. The property is very well kept, secure, and clean. I certainly recommend!

Right from the start, Emanuelle was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing a storage unit appropriate for our belongings. He took the time to show us around and explained all instructions clearly. The facilities themselves are immaculate and well lit. I feel the rates are extremely fair. Since the storage facility is open 24/7, it makes accessibility very easy.
