Had a great experience with booking and confirming the details of my storage Unit at the 144 Norseman Street location of Storage Mart. Abinii, the staff member who assisted with my booking, was incredibly helpful and very accommodating, even coming in 1 hour earlier (8am) than their office hours (9am-6pm) just to help me get set up. Fantastic customer service which gives me great confidence in using their services. Looking forward to storing my belongings with them for a long time to come! - Mateo

An outstanding experience during a very difficult and labour-intensive move. The facility is accessible, SUPER CLEAN and SECURE, and the staff very professional and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. StorageMart - 144 Norseman St Etobicoke exceeded my expectations. I will use them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone in need of a storage solution. I wish I could give 10 stars! Very pleased! I wish I could say the same for the moving company that brought the apartment contents to StorageMart -> Let's Get Moving. I will leave that in a separate review so as not to tarnish or take away anything from StorageMart.

I was looked after extremely well by both Agam and Abinii. Abinii explained the different size units and prices, even took me around to look at each one. When I decided on the unit I wanted I had everything explained to me in a manner that was easy to understand. My experience there was quick and easy and they always asked if I had any questions. What a great team these two are. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. Keep up the great work.

First time, using this storage space. It was very straight forward, professional and very helpful place. I would look no further than here, if you are in dire need of a storage unit. Abinii is wonderful, outgoing, helpful knowledgeable makes the whole experience really pleasure to rent with!
