If I could rate zero stars I would. Been with them for years but like clockwork, rent increases by $60 every year. Just got another increase and I'm now paying $600 a month!!!!!!! This is no longer sustainable for me. I am looking at otheyr options now but they don't care. This is how they repay long term customers. UPDATE: In response the owner's comment. A reasonable increase is understandable. 60 dollars increase a month is gouging. Nothing was changed to my unit yet you still increased my rent for no improvements. If you want to make a real improvement after gouging customers add light in the units. The only light is in hall way. Not fun digging through storage boxes in the dark.

The Site Manager, Uday, is so incredibly helpful and has such a positive attitude I (almost) want to find a reason to go into the office to just say hi! Lol. Really brightens the day and restores my faith in good customer service. With so many storage places all being the same it’s nice to feel the gatekeeper cares about your stuff! Parked a big RV on site and while the parking was tight, it worked no problem. The other monthly outdoor parkers seemed to be respectful, careful and clean. And I appreciated that the original phone agent offered the first month free! I also rented an indoor spot that I will review separately
